It is August!

Lots of updates and things happening this month! We only have about a month until school starts again, and Carly's registration for 2nd grade is in a few weeks :) She is set with new clothes and shoes and a book bag and everything else she could wish to have and I am so grateful! Her 7th birthday is also this month  and we will be celebrating with her party at the beginning of September. 
**Can't believe she is 7..... man the time just flies so fast.**
Things are about the same around the house. The cat is still here and I am still in love with him lol.. the amount of smitten i am with him is still pretty shocking to me, but he has been a great little guy and it was the best $10.00 I've spent i think. Will's dad visited for a few days while on his cross-country bike ride so it was so nice to see family!! And actually my cousin and his family ( who are in the CG too, and happen to be stationed in Washington state) will be stopping for a quick visit this month as well on their way back from CA.
My mom may be visiting sometime in the next few months so I am extremely excited about that too. I haven't seen her in over 2 years... :(
Clay is doing good and is just as crazy as ever...chasing poor Huck all around the house every second of every day lol.
