Every day is what you make it..: Thinkin' about startin' up this blog again...

Well, it's been quite a while.. I haven't been keeping up on this blog like i should.
Things are truckin' along here for us in Oregon. The kids are growing fast and keeping us busy.
Carly only has one week of school left and then she is out for the summer! She just finished her first outdoor soccer season and did AWESOME! I think she will definitely play again. She is doing exceptionally well in school, and is well above her grade level and is in the top 2% of her grade and ready for 2nd grade:)
Clay is becoming quite the little man. He turned 2 in April and is a mess! He loves to throw and run and play sports of any kind and I cannot wait to get him in little league lol.. He is most definitely in his terrible 2 stage and loves to throw tantrums and aggravate his sister. ;oP
Will is doing great at work and trucking along here at YB.. and I am still the same as always.
We have a few months until the 2013 transfer list is out.. and we are nervous and excited. Our picks are due at the end of the year and then we will leave it up to the CG transfer gods lol.. and wherever we end up will be where we are supposed to be.
People are leaving and moving from here and we are one of just a few families left that were either here when we got here or arrived with us. So, it's becoming real that we have really been here 3 years and only have 1 year left.
Things have changed so much in the 3 years... we are a much closer family now and we have met some awesome locals that have became precious friends to us. I have 3 great girl friends here and I am so glad that i have come to find women that i can count on :)
My newest friend is Sarah.. :) If y'all who know me ever met her - you would swear my Mama birthed her too.. lol.. My gramma came to visit recently and met her and the first thing out of her mouth was " you guys are like sisters!"... pretty awesome.
We spent memorial day with them and her son also played soccer with Carly.. so it's been great!

Right now we are getting through the school year and then preparing to have Clay's last heart appt in July.
He still has the hole in his heart and so far it hasn't posed any issues to him... We are going to ask all of our questions with his cardiologist though when we go, since we probably wont see her again before we leave.

I've started gearing up for Carly's 7th birthday {yes i always plan ahead lol} ... getting things together and what not. I can't believe our baby will be turning 7... sigh.. sometimes i feel so old lol.

Well, other than that - things are about the same.. Kids, laundry, dishes...
oh and perfecting my ever-growing collection of awesome food :)
