Today I feel so old lol.
Today I trusted a complete stranger to drive my first born child to school.
I watched as she drove away, wondering where the time had went.
I still remember the day I found out i was pregnant with her, getting up early to go to the dollar store for a test and watching as i saw the second line appear immediately...
Sigh...
Today was Carly's first day of school again.
The first day of her riding the school bus (ever).
And the first year of her in the big school, instead of in the small kindergarten building across the street.
At our meet-and-greet last week, i walked behind her as she walked with her friend down the hall.. Man did that hallway seem to swallow her as she walked with her giant backpack. :(
She should be home in an hour, so - just wanted to share pictures of her today and her annual "First day of school cake" ( this year, per her request it was a cheesecake lol)
We love you Carly Girl, so proud of you....
