I heard this poem on the Disney channel lol..and it reminded me of us. :) It's crazy sometimes to me the silly things that I miss, I'm sure Will is the same. I miss the smell and look of the country out south, flat and green. I miss the places to eat that we just dont have here, I'm so tired of people looking at me cross-ways when i mention Bojangles, or Andy's! I miss that people raise their hand and speak to you as you pass them driving, even if they don't know you. I miss the people that actually know what N. Carolina pulled pork really is..We've been to 2 places so far that have Carolina pulled pork on their menu and let me tell you, Carolina it is not...lol..We've started making our own everytime we want it. I've learned how to make all the southern food myself from scratch. I miss being able to pump my own gas. I miss actually having 4 seasons, and not having a 70% or higher chance of rain everyday. I miss knowing my way around town, knowing the back roads and short-cuts. I miss feeling like I'm where I was always suppose to be-where i started. I do believe that sometimes you have to leave to really appreciate a place, or a person. I think we both have. I think we have more appreciation for eachother and where we came from more than ever...That i suppose is a nice blessing from the military...

Well sorry for that long intro, lol, the poem made me sentimental. :p Things are going well here. Today is grocery day, and Will is off this weekend, yay! We are all doing good, Carly's got about 2 months of school left, and we're gearing up for her first game on Wed. I'm going to try and find her a bat bag today, i've got a bat and balls and cleats rollin' all around in the back of the van lol. We are trying to plan another camping trip next month and finally purchased our own tent!! Woot! And we bought a treadmill for the house here :) It wont be here for another 2 weeks but i am so exctied! in the meantime i am dancing on the xbox kinect to get a workout and that is working out well too. Clay's finally got his 8th tooth coming in, and he has been a super whiner..lol..I HATE TEETH! He is doing well other than that. Just keeps me on my toes, literally all the time.. He figured out how to open the oven, ugh, so i have to buy a latch for it! He learned how to do "roll it" from the patty cake song..lol..its so cute. I caught him on video doing it and wanted to share! Sorry its sideways, that's how my phone recorded it and i cant change it lol..so check out the vid!
