8 weeks left!

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Hey everyone, we hope everyone had a great weekend. Things here are good…still raining just about every day, and we’ve had a few bad wind storms. I hear it snowed back home, we wish we were there to see it..We are sure tired of the Pacific Northwest weather…

Will was off this weekend and we had a good time! Carly had her Valentine’s Day party at school and she got tons of candy and cards. Then she got more candy from us…lol..Will got me the biggest bouquet of roses I think I’ve ever seen (just like Will, go big or go home…) but I’m definitely not complaining…that is all I wanted this year so. I’m making us a great V-day dinner today…steaks with corn bread, homemade potato salad and my first ever homemade coleslaw!! We were so tired of the coleslaw here…lol, they just don’t make it like home. It’s basically cabbage with Italian dressing…lol, so I made some awesome creamy southern coleslaw!!

Bo is having diet and skin issues, so we are changing his food pretty soon..I’m not sure if it’s the weather or what but he is itchy and flaky (ugh) so we have decided to start him on a more natural food, and we’re hoping it helps-poor guy.

The baby is growing and growing…a lot…and he is soooo strong. Carly never kicked me like he does. I can’t believe something that weighs 4 lbs is so strong. Lol. My back pains are getting extremely worse, usually I can’t stand for longer than 15 mins and sitting in a chair is almost impossible..The only time I usually can feel relief is when I lay on my side, which is hard because I am constantly needed to do something for Carly or wanting to clean..Lol..so..

My Braxton hick’s contractions are happening more often as well. I was getting them a few times a week and now they happen about 5 times a day. Nothing evenly spaced..still sporadic. And I cannot breathe (at all)…this boy has got to be long..The only time I can usually breathe is when I’m laying on my side. Other than that, I am short of breath..and a few times I’ve gotten light headed..So-I’m just full of complaints..lol..

We have 8 weeks left and I can’t believe it!! After the first of the month, I’m going to wash all of his things and then in about a month I’m packing our bags in the hopes that he isn’t late!
