Today was the big appt at the genetics clinic and things went very well! I had some blood taken for testing and that should be back sometimes next week...and we got another ultrasound! The baby was sleeping i think at first but they had me cough until i woke it up...lol..i felt bad but we were excited when it started to move...everything looked perfect. i was suppose to be 11 weeks 3 days today but the baby was measuring 11 weeks 5 days so im a little ahead of schedule...which is awesome too! the nuchal testing showed a normal amount of fluid behind the neck so if my blood test comes back normal then they are pretty sure that everything with the baby will be ok, no defects or anything. We got a ton of pictures because they left us in the room with a student and she wanted to "play" on the machine..lol..so we ended up getting 2 whole sheets..but i picked out the ones that were the best to post. They are going with my initial due date of april 11th....so a spring baby God willing!!
It was too soon to see the sex...but i am going to try to get an ultrasound for my next appt so maybe they will be able to tell by then!! One of the pics is in 3D which was really awesome to see! But since its really early still it doesnt look entirely like a baby...lol..
The heartbeat was 162 today which is normal! so everything looks good...and im hoping that in about 4 weeks i will start feeling the baby move!! Cant wait!
